How do I track my order?

After entering your email address and proceeding to checkout, you will receive a link to track the order once it is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time will depend on location. For domestic orders, shipping can take between 5 to 7 business days. For international orders it can take between 2 to 4 business days.

Can I change my order?

No, once an order is placed it cannot be altered or edited. However, you can manage the order by canceling it and a refund will be issued.

Where does my order ship from?

All hand made and 3-D printed items will ship directly from the office of G Whimz on North Carolina. For all made to order items, shipping is outsourced to various Printful warehouses located across the USA.

What is the return policy?

All hand made and 3-D printed items are final sale. However, for all made to order items, returns and exchanges are available within 30 days.
